This policy explains what personal information abhi.performs collects when you visit abhiperforms.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific to what this website actually does.
1. Who we are
abhiperforms.com is the website of abhi.performs, a performance marketing service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, led by Abhishek Thakral. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean abhi.performs. We decide how the personal information described here is used.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Application form. Your name, company or brand, email, WhatsApp or phone number (optional), industry, monthly ad spend range, platforms you are interested in, website (optional) and your main goal.
- Messages. Anything you send us by WhatsApp or email, including attachments.
- Call bookings. If you book a call through Calendly, the name, email and answers you enter on the booking page.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city or country level), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and clicks on key buttons such as "Apply Now", WhatsApp and call booking links.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not currently use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing tags) on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
3. How the application form works
Our application form does not store your answers on this website. When you press "Send my application", your details are placed into a pre-filled WhatsApp message (or, if WhatsApp is unavailable, an email in your own email app). Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app. You can review or edit the message before sending it.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call.
- To assess whether we can help, and to prepare a proposal or quote.
- To deliver our services if you become a client, including reporting and invoicing.
- To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
5. Legal basis
We handle personal information in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on:
- Your request or a contract: replying to your enquiry and providing services you ask for.
- Consent: analytics cookies where consent is required, and any optional communication you sign up for.
- Legitimate interests: running, securing and improving the website.
- Legal obligation: keeping business records we are required to keep.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Gmail) for analytics and email.
- Meta (WhatsApp) for messages you send us.
- Calendly for call bookings.
- Netlify for website hosting.
These providers may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
7. Client ad account data
If you become a client, we work inside your advertising, analytics and CRM accounts with the access you give us. We use that data only to deliver the agreed services, keep it confidential, and remove our access when the engagement ends. Results we publish as case studies are anonymised unless you give written permission to be named.
8. Google Ads data (ads-mcp tool)
abhi.performs operates an internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API with the account owner's authorisation. It accesses only Google Ads accounts we are authorised to manage. It reads campaign, keyword, ad and performance data and makes campaign changes on those accounts.
Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to manage and report on those accounts. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or any other purpose. abhi.performs' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named starting with _ga) to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. We do not use these cookies to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without analytics cookies.
10. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement and as long as UAE law requires for tax and accounting records afterwards.
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
11. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to our email, messaging and client accounts is limited to the people who need it and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
12. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
Email abhi.performs@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live; in the UAE, that is the UAE Data Office.
13. Children, other websites and changes
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our pages link to other websites, such as Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the Google and Meta help centres. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
We may update this policy when our tools or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
